Spectators: 7530 (Terracing: 5650, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fred Salles kicked off to start the match. Sydney Donatello came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Furia Negra FC's Léo Paraense. But to his dismay, Léo Paraense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 6 minutes into the game, Cristóvão Salgado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Furia Negra FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Itapua AD the free kick. In the 6th match minute, Furia Negra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristóvão Salgado to maneuver through the defense. If Eriberto Campidelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th match minute, Furia Negra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred Salles to maneuver through the defense. Davi Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wanderson Pena in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Itapua AD's Igor Cerezo got a free kick in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wanderson Pena in the 27th minute of play forced Furia Negra FC's goalkeeper Davi Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 played minutes Furia Negra FC got a freekick which was hit by Wilson Machado. Davi Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wanderson Pena in the 32nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Furia Negra FC defense, Wanderson Pena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Davi Rossi. The Furia Negra FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Davi Rossi should have stopped the shot. Sydney Donatello made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Léo Paraense sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aníbal Mendonça during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Léo Paraense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Davi Rossi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wanderson Pena went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wanderson Pena made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wanderson Pena got free with Davi Rossi in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ronaldão Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Davi Rossi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wanderson Pena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Davi Rossi made a huge save. 70 minutes into the game, Léo Paraense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Sydney Donatello was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 73rd minute, Antônio Barral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wanderson Dracena kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Sydney Donatello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilson Machado in the 77th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Itapua AD's Wanderson Pena dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-4. Davi Rossi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eriberto Campidelis in the 85th minute. Furia Negra FC's Davi Rossi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wanderson Pena in the 91st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wanderson Pena in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Davi Rossi saved Furia Negra FC from getting behind. Itapua AD's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
