Sydney Guedes took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafinha Pimenta. Rafinha Pimenta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Sydney Guedes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute Sydney Guedes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafinha Pimenta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 15 minutes of play, BURRO DA CHACARA wg's Wesley Barreto made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Davi Rossi was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Sydney Guedes fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Furia Negra FC's protests and gave Sydney Guedes a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of BURRO DA CHACARA wg booed when Furia Negra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sydney Guedes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 22 minutes, Wilson Machado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Furia Negra FC and the BURRO DA CHACARA wg players grew even worse after the yellow card. Benê Vargas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benê Vargas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Davi Rossi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Davi Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wesley Barreto in the 26th minute of play. Wilson Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. BURRO DA CHACARA wg's Rafinha Pimenta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sydney Guedes in the 34th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fred Salles in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafinha Pimenta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Wilson Machado came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Furia Negra FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilson Machado couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute Sydney Guedes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafinha Pimenta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafinha Pimenta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Salles in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wesley Barreto to make the kick off. In the 71st minute of the match, Sydney Guedes got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rafinha Pimenta was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. BURRO DA CHACARA wg's Rafinha Pimenta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save BURRO DA CHACARA wg from getting a goal against them. Sydney Guedes came free with the goalkeeper in the 93rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rafinha Pimenta could save by the left post. 95 minutes into the match, Sydney Guedes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rafinha Pimenta. BURRO DA CHACARA wg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sydney Guedes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Furia Negra FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
