Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Attila Bódog started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Attila Bódog in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hélio Leão saved Santanna from getting behind. After 6 minutes, Attila Bódog made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Santanna's Hélio Leão tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Poderosas fc getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Denílson Moraes hit a great ball. In the 10th minute of the match Olavo Lopez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benjamim Matos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hélio Leão came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Poderosas fc's Attila Bódog. But to his dismay, Attila Bódog quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 20 minutes of play, Poderosas fc's Amadeu Porto made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hélio Leão was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 25th minute Amadeu Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélio Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaltino Botelho got free with Benjamim Matos in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th match minute, Santanna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cláudio Schmidt to maneuver through the defense. Poderosas fc's Amadeu Porto couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 28th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Santanna. Hélio Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeu Porto in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute Mário Schmidt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamim Matos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Paulo Martins took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benjamim Matos. Poderosas fc's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Amadeu Porto scored 0-4 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hélio Leão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Attila Bódog came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Poderosas fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Attila Bódog couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mário Schmidt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Santanna booed when Poderosas fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihály Bollobás didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the game, Luiz Fábio Dionísio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Santanna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Poderosas fc the free kick. Luiz Fábio Dionísio hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Benjamim Matos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mário Schmidt in the 59th minute of play. Attila Bódog struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Hélio Leão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Poderosas fc. Hélio Leão made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Attila Bódog sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Poderosas fc booed when Santanna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chicão Travassos didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Attila Bódog during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Santanna getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Mário Schmidt hit a great ball. When Attila Bódog came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Poderosas fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Attila Bódog couldn't finish the play. Mário Schmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamim Matos having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Attila Bódog had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hélio Leão. Santanna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Attila Bódog was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Amadeu Porto struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Attila Bódog in the 95th minute of play forced Santanna's goalkeeper Hélio Leão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
