Livramento A.F.C's Hélio Luz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeu Love in the 23rd minute of play. Gláuber de Senna in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ander Lokko, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gláuber de Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romeu Love fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélio Luz having to interfere. After 33 played minutes Livramento A.F.C got a freekick which was hit by Gláuber de Senna. In the 35thth minute of the game Ismael Gaspar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Livramento A.F.C's Hélio Luz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sandrinho Zanette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélio Luz having to interfere. Hudson de Brito hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Livramento A.F.C's Hélio Luz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Gaspar in the 43rd minute of play. After 46 minutes, Wesley Matos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Livramento A.F.C and the Barborema players grew even worse after the yellow card. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ismael Gaspar made a kick off. Barborema's Maicon Xavier managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nilton Batista in the 68 minute of the game. If Ismael Gaspar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Romeu Love had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hélio Luz made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Ismael Gaspar sent off a good shot on target. Hélio Luz was a little too slow when Ismael Gaspar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 0-2. Barborema's Silvério Cearense quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tião Valladares, made in the 93rd minute of the game. Barborema played a much better game than Livramento A.F.C and deserved their victory. The Livramento A.F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
