Wigalf Borkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Barbosa in the 6th minute of the match. Wigalf Borkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Emin Kaan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Neto FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emin Kaan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wigalf Borkowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 16th minute, Rony de Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Barbosa in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wigalf Borkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arthur Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Wigalf Borkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hugo Simão charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Simão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hugo Simão hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Neto FC's zone, Mauro Zanette stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Freitas came out of the goal and Mauro Zanette tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mauro Zanette took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Freitas. Carlos Freitas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Carlos Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Wigalf Borkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

A nice corner shot did that Mazinho Freitas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wigalf Borkowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mauro Zanette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Barbosa took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wigalf Borkowski. Wigalf Borkowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Carlos Barbosa scored 3-1 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wigalf Borkowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emin Kaan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wigalf Borkowski having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Carlos Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Neto FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Barbosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wigalf Borkowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the match, Neto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Zanette came free, but Carlos Freitas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Zanette in the 77th minute of play forced Neto FC's goalkeeper Carlos Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauro Zanette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Freitas having to interfere. The supporters of Kings of Leon booed when Neto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tarcisio Souto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 82 minutes, Juvenal Torres managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kings of Leon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juvenal Torres was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlos Barbosa might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wigalf Borkowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Barbosa ran back to his position shaking his head. Neto FC's Emin Kaan got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 87 played minutes Neto FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Barbosa. In the 96th minute, Carlos Barbosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Neto FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
