Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 10 minutes into the game, Fulumir's Francisco Furtado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Freitas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. With a little luck, Fulumir's Sílvio Luís Machado got control of the ball when Emin Kaan tried to sneak it across the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Emin Kaan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sílvio Luís Machado, 1-1. Neto FC's Carlos Barbosa got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 30 minutes into the game, Neto FC's Emin Kaan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sílvio Luís Machado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Carlos Freitas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ediberto Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 56 played minutes Neto FC got a freekick which was hit by Arthur Lima. Carlos Freitas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francisco Furtado went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Emin Kaan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sílvio Luís Machado having to interfere. Carlos Freitas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Furtado in the 76th minute of the match. Fulumir's Sílvio Luís Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emin Kaan in the 77th minute of play. In the 81st minute Carlos Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sílvio Luís Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 88 minutes into the game, when Nelson Sá put in a rough tackle. Nelson Sá hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Sílvio Luís Machado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arthur Lima's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
