Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The audience was convinced that Enrique Silveira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Doriva Marques was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. In the 7th minute, Júlio Zonta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Umberto Félix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Doriva Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Zonta in the 11th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cratheus SS's Cléber Gomes got a free kick in the 12th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cratheus SS's zone, Júlio Zonta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doriva Marques came out of the goal and Júlio Zonta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Doriva Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Zonta in the 18th minute of play. Júlio Zonta struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Doriva Marques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ballarz. In the 24th minute, Umberto Félix ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Doriva Marques was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Júlio Zonta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Doriva Marques came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Ballarz's Umberto Félix. But to his dismay, Umberto Félix quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 43rd minute Umberto Félix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doriva Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Cratheus SS's goal looked a bit too open when Umberto Félix came free, but Doriva Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Júlio Zonta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

A hard shot 53 in the game by Júlio Zonta from a close distance when the talented Doriva Marques managed to make a qualified save. Cratheus SS's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umberto Félix in the 55th minute of play forced Cratheus SS's goalkeeper Doriva Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Cratheus SS's Alessandro Maranhense got a free kick in the 55th minute. The audience was convinced that Hélder Donatello's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lenílson Magalhães was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. If Hélder Donatello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 played minutes Ballarz got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Silveira. Hélder Donatello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Ballarz booed when Cratheus SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Carlos de Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. Júlio Zonta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Doriva Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doriva Marques came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Ballarz's Júlio Zonta. But to his dismay, Júlio Zonta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Doriva Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umberto Félix, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. When Umberto Félix came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Ballarz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Umberto Félix couldn't finish the play. Júlio Zonta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Doriva Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Umberto Félix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doriva Marques having to interfere. Ballarz's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
