When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Sydney de Lara sped through Ice Boys Football's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Waldemar Tróia. After a defensive mix-up in Ice Boys Football's zone, Anísio Araújo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waldemar Tróia came out of the goal and Anísio Araújo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudinho Bastos kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anísio Araújo in the 57th minute of play forced Ice Boys Football's goalkeeper Waldemar Tróia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Abade's Anísio Araújo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Waldemar Tróia. Waldemar Tróia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Abade's Osvaldinho Dracena shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 62nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Waldemar Tróia but with some difficulty. Sydney de Lara's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Waldemar Tróia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Sydney de Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
