With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reginaldo Amaral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute, Renatinho Vander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the match, Tião Paes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reginaldo Amaral. Real Alvinegro FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tião Paes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 31st minute, Tião Paes fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Reginaldo Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Machado in the 33rd minute of the match. Armandinho Marques hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christian Machado in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reginaldo Amaral saved Real Alvinegro FC from getting behind. Adilson Lara came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Alvinegro FC's Murilo Alagoano. But to his dismay, Murilo Alagoano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 42nd minute, Reynaldo Sampaio made a precise shot to the right of Adilson Lara. Cachoeiro - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Tião Paes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Reginaldo Amaral. That made the score 2-2 in the 46 minute of play.

In the 53rd minute, Reynaldo Sampaio made a precise shot to the right of Adilson Lara. Cachoeiro - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Giovani Massa hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute of the match Simão Domingues shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adilson Lara showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reynaldo Sampaio got free with Adilson Lara in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Murilo Alagoano in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adilson Lara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Cachoeiro - FSCMZ's Christian Machado got a free kick in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Sampaio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Alvinegro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cachoeiro - FSCMZ the free kick. After a rather tough play, Real Alvinegro FC's Reynaldo Sampaio got a free kick in the 71st minute. Reynaldo Sampaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Adilson Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cachoeiro - FSCMZ were furious when Gerson Dantas was red carded, 87 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 88th minute, Gerson Dantas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Real Alvinegro FC's Francisco Pinho got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 93 minutes, Hamílton de Moraes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Alvinegro FC and the Cachoeiro - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Cachoeiro - FSCMZ booed when Real Alvinegro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamílton de Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 94 played minutes, Cachoeiro - FSCMZ's Giovani Massa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Reginaldo Amaral came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cachoeiro - FSCMZ reached it. A collision led to Real Alvinegro FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Simão Domingues hit a great ball. The Cachoeiro - FSCMZ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Real Alvinegro FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Real Alvinegro FC.
