Spectators: 7553 (Terracing: 5666, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) Pedro Luís Cearense started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Nilton Pinheiro made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Marcinho Mangueira sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulisses Nogueira got free with Nilton Pinheiro in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Carmelo Montrell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Akashicos's supporters rose to their feet, but Carmelo Montrell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nilton Pinheiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Carmelo Montrell came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Akashicos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carmelo Montrell couldn't finish the play. Nilton Pinheiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aleksander Puzio in the 28th minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Aleksander Puzio fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Nilton Pinheiro didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 35th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. Carmelo Montrell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilton Pinheiro having to interfere. Kalango FC's Nilton Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Montrell in the 45th minute of play. Nilton Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fernando Saldanha in the 46th minute of play. Ricardo de Godoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Aleksander Puzio made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Carmelo Montrell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nilton Pinheiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Ricardo de Godoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Nilton Pinheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 67 played minutes Kalango FC got a freekick which was hit by Durval Brodel. Nilton Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksander Puzio in the 69th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Fausto Valadares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcinho Mangueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Nilton Pinheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Carmelo Montrell sped through Kalango FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nilton Pinheiro. In the 81st minute, Marcinho Mangueira made a precise shot to the right of Nilton Pinheiro. Kalango FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. In the 85th minute, Carmelo Montrell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Akashicos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. After having played for 90 minutes, Carmelo Montrell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akashicos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carmelo Montrell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleksander Puzio in the 94th minute of play forced Kalango FC's goalkeeper Nilton Pinheiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Akashicos players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
