Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Deivid Donatello got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Sants's goal looked a bit too open when Ksawery Burdzel came free, but Pedrinho Capixaba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sants's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dorian Hermes was slow to take the kick. During this time NOTURNO's players had a chance to rest. The corner led NOTURNO's Dorian Hermes to fire away a dangerous shot which Pedrinho Capixaba despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Agostinho Soares fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sants's protests and gave Agostinho Soares a yellow card for diving instead. After 12 played minutes Sants got a freekick which was hit by Agostinho Soares. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Deivid Donatello in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedrinho Capixaba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pedrinho Capixaba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ksawery Burdzel in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, NOTURNO's Deivid Donatello sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedrinho Capixaba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luís Guilherme Romero was a little too slow when Agostinho Soares got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 2-0. Agostinho Soares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 31 minutes, Doni Brito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sants and the NOTURNO players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of NOTURNO booed when Sants was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doni Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Deivid Donatello put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Pedrinho Capixaba. In the 36th minute Thomas Gustafsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrinho Capixaba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doni Brito hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The NOTURNO fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when NOTURNO's Deivid Donatello looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 42 minutes into the game, Delfim Galvão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NOTURNO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sants the free kick. A collision led to NOTURNO getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Delfim Galvão hit a great ball. After 43 played minutes, Sants's Cleiton Correia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luís Guilherme Romero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sants reached it. Serafim Mota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Luís Guilherme Romero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Serafim Mota made a kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind NOTURNO's goalkeeper Luís Guilherme Romero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Serafim Mota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Luís Guilherme Romero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Jefferson Netto managed to get in a good position for a shot. NOTURNO's supporters rose to their feet, but Jefferson Netto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedrinho Capixaba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Deivid Donatello struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Pedrinho Capixaba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NOTURNO. In the 72nd minute, Deivid Donatello ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedrinho Capixaba was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. After having played for 76 minutes, Serafim Mota managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sants's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serafim Mota was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 79 minutes into the game, Claudinei Lira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sants's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NOTURNO the free kick. Claudinei Lira hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sants's zone, Ksawery Burdzel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedrinho Capixaba came out of the goal and Ksawery Burdzel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Deivid Donatello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Giovani Mangueira during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pedrinho Capixaba didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 88th minute, which inside left pole to 2-4. Ksawery Burdzel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrinho Capixaba having to interfere. The Sants fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. NOTURNO were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
