In the 5th minute, Ernesto Trevisan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maurinho de Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Trevisan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Aguilhadas's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Isac Măgură fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ronaldão Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enio Abreu in the 25th minute of the match. Ronaldão Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caco Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isac Măgurăs short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Maurinho de Brito to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Parauapebas's attack was well implemented in the 33rd minute, but when Isac Măgură was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. 45 minutes into the match, Aguilhadas's goalkeeper Maurinho de Brito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isac Măgură. 47 minutes into the match, Parauapebas's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Paulo Paulista came free, but Ronaldão Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Ernesto Trevisan made the kick off in the second half. Parauapebas's attentive Zé Pedro Moraes managed to snatch the ball when Reynaldo Bastos made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. Ernesto Trevisan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurinho de Brito having to interfere. Maurinho de Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isac Măgură in the 56th minute of the match. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aguilhadas's goalkeeper Maurinho de Brito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 60 minutes, Zé Pedro Moraes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Parauapebas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Pedro Moraes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The throw-in from Leopoldo Barbosa in the 67th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Parauapebas's Zé Pedro Moraes. Maurinho de Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Prado in the 74th minute of play. Ernesto Trevisan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The throw-in from Leopoldo Barbosa in the 78th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Parauapebas's Rui Prado. Leopoldo Barbosa hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 81 minutes in the game Enio Abreu did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Caco Senna. Maurinho de Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isac Măgură in the 87th minute of play. Ronaldão Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enio Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Aguilhadas's Bebeto Sousa got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
