Parauapebas's Ronaldão Viana tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 22 minutes into the game, Gildo Fernandes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ronaldão Viana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dawid Falk during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Parauapebas's Dawid Falk got a free kick in the 28th minute. A collision led to Atlético Blumenauense FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Zé Roberto Vidal hit a great ball. Ronaldão Viana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zé Roberto Vidal went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. When Ezequiel Ribeiro came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Atlético Blumenauense FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ezequiel Ribeiro couldn't finish the play. Ronaldão Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Ribeiro in the 46th minute of play. The Parauapebas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Atlético Blumenauense FC were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dalmo Bittencourt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Parauapebas getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Dawid Falk hit a great ball. In the 59th minute of the match Atlético Blumenauense FC got a corner. Parauapebas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erivaldo Santos ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ronaldão Viana made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Ezequiel Ribeiro sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rd minute, Gildo Fernandes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Blumenauense FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Ronaldão Viana didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 72nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in Parauapebas's zone, Ezequiel Ribeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronaldão Viana came out of the goal and Ezequiel Ribeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dalmo Bittencourt succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 83rd playminute. If Zé Roberto Vidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 92 played minutes Atlético Blumenauense FC got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Ribeiro.
