The crowd rose to their feet as HELLO KITTY F.C.'s Osvaldo Fonseca slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ronaldão Viana. That made the score 3-0 after 45 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Osvaldo Fonseca made a kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Zé Pedro Moraes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Parauapebas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Pedro Moraes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. HELLO KITTY F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Parauapebas the free kick. After 94 played minutes HELLO KITTY F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Durvalino das Neves.
