In the 18th match minute, Botaboldo F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tarcisio Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 19 minutes, Zygmunt Okropny managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.R. Vasco da Gama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zygmunt Okropny was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elano Schmidt in the 23rd minute of play forced C.R. After some careless play in the C.R. Vasco da Gama defense, Elano Schmidt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filip Zabrzeski. The C.R. The Botaboldo F.C players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
