Luciano Neves started the match with the kick off. Geovanni Alcântara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tony de Salles went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 8 minutes into the match, Zoado - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when João Pedro Palmeira came free, but Geovanni Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zoado - FSCMZ's Geovanni Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Pedro Palmeira in the 9th minute of play. Geovanni Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albertinho Vasconcelos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Zoado - FSCMZ defense, Tony de Salles kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geovanni Alcântara. The Zoado - FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geovanni Alcântara should have stopped the shot. Duarte Mendonça kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Geovanni Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albertinho Vasconcelos in the 23rd minute of play. After 24 minutes of play, Maraja's Albertinho Vasconcelos made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Geovanni Alcântara was left in no man's land by his defense there! Geovanni Alcântara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony de Salles, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th match minute, Zoado - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adriano Lopes to maneuver through the defense. Durval de Souza was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 28th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Maraja's Betão Vergílio got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Geovanni Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Pedro Palmeira in the 35th minute of play. Geovanni Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Pedro Palmeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Betão Vergílio scored 0-6 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Geovanni Alcântara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 47 minutes into the match, Zoado - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when João Pedro Palmeira came free, but Geovanni Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Maraja were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tony de Salles to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 61st minute, Maraja's Tony de Salles dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. Geovanni Alcântara made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when João Pedro Palmeira sent off a good shot on target. After 67 minutes of play, Maraja's Tony de Salles made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Geovanni Alcântara was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 69th minute, Abel da Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the game, Tony de Salles recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Geovanni Alcântara. Tony de Salles showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. 77 minutes into the game, Zoado - FSCMZ's Carlos Augusto Neves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filipe Netto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-11. In the 82nd minute Albertinho Vasconcelos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanni Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Albertinho Vasconcelos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geovanni Alcântara. Zoado - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albertinho Vasconcelos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-12. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony de Salles in the 86th minute of play forced Zoado - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Geovanni Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 minutes of play, Maraja's João Pedro Palmeira made it 1-13 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Geovanni Alcântara was left in no man's land by his defense there! Geovanni Alcântara was a little too slow when Tony de Salles got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 1-14. Jardel de Brito hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Maraja played a much better game than Zoado - FSCMZ and deserved their victory. The Zoado - FSCMZ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
