After a rather tough play, Taborda FC's Benjamin Barros got a free kick in the 3rd minute. If Cristóvão dos Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luizinho Leal in the 6th minute of play forced Taborda FC's goalkeeper Elder Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Taborda FC booed when Football Henschel Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 56 played minutes Taborda FC got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Cruz. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristóvão dos Santos in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elder Moreira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 71stth minute of the game Cristóvão dos Santos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Taborda FC's Elder Moreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Duda Prestes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Elder Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Cristóvão dos Santos made a precise shot to the right of Elder Moreira. Taborda FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 77th minute, Cristóvão dos Santos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Football Henschel Club defense, Dedê Cosme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Álvaro Messias. The Football Henschel Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Álvaro Messias should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Football Henschel Club's Álvaro Messias got control of the ball when Dedê Cosme tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Duda Prestes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Football Henschel Club made a substitution.
