In the 29th minute, Magno Hoffmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilian Oliveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st minute, Foxman FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Wilian Oliveira fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Rubens Meira struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Elder Moreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Foxman FC. Taborda FC's Elder Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rubens Meira in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, Laerte do Valle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Foxman FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Taborda FC the free kick. Laerte do Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. When Bernardo Maia fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Foxman FC's protests and gave Bernardo Maia a yellow card for diving instead. After 39 played minutes Foxman FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Maia. Wilian Oliveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rubens Meira in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elder Moreira saved Taborda FC from getting behind.

The wind increased when Luís de Moraes made the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Foxman FC's Elder Moreira threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rubens Meira, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Claudinei Lopez hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Wilian Oliveira struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Fernandão Vargas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taborda FC. Elder de Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Elder Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The tension between the Foxman FC and the Taborda FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 72 played minutes Foxman FC got a freekick which was hit by Rubens Meira. If Wilian Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Elder de Toledo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Foxman FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Elder de Toledo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elder Moreira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fernandão Vargas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilian Oliveira in the 85th minute of play. Rubens Meira succeeded in the game's 88th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. With a little luck, Taborda FC's Elder Moreira got control of the ball when Elder de Toledo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cícero Soares during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Erasmo Cruz shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Foxman FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
