When Maciej Marchlewicz came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Vila Zumbi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maciej Marchlewicz couldn't finish the play. After the first half Vila Zumbi were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudinei Trancoso was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Heliópolis FC's Natanael Vargas got a free kick in the 50th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kang Fan Xiang in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdo de Lara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vila Zumbi made a substitution. Glauco Pereira replaced 许夕昆. The crowd rose to their feet as Vila Zumbi's Kang Fan Xiang slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Valdo de Lara. That made the score 0-9 after 59 minutes of play. When Maciej Marchlewicz in the 64th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Valdo de Lara kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-10 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Natanael Vargas made in the 67th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Vila Zumbi's Ferdi Kadıoğlu. Natanael Vargas hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Valdo de Lara made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Maciej Marchlewicz sent off a good shot on target. 70 minutes into the match, Heliópolis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maciej Marchlewicz came free, but Valdo de Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led to Vila Zumbi's Sergio Bertin getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Heliópolis FC's Valdo de Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kang Fan Xiang in the 77th minute of play. Valdo de Lara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maciej Marchlewicz went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-11 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Maciej Marchlewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Heliópolis FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Vila Zumbi were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
