Júnior Prata might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zé Carlos de Lara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Júnior Prata ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 9th minute, Waldemar Moreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute, Marcílio Dias's 何树骋 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Zé Carlos de Lara was a little too slow when Júnior Prata got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 2-0. With a little luck, Pedruco Fulminator Club's Zé Carlos de Lara got control of the ball when 何树骋 tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pedruco Fulminator Club's Zé Carlos de Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 何树骋 in the 18th minute of play. Carlinhos Toledo's late challenge caught a Marcílio Dias's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlinhos Toledo helped the player get up and apologised. After 19 played minutes Pedruco Fulminator Club got a freekick which was hit by Carlinhos Toledo. 23 minutes into the game, Zé Romero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pedruco Fulminator Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marcílio Dias the free kick. After a rather tough play, Pedruco Fulminator Club's Zé Romero got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After 24 minutes of play, Marcílio Dias's 何树骋 made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Carlos de Lara was left in no man's land by his defense there! Júnior Prata recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zé Carlos de Lara was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ronaldão Mineiro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 29 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Marcílio Dias's Davi Macedo got a free kick in the 41st minute. After 43 played minutes Marcílio Dias got a freekick which was hit by Júlio de Toledo.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 何树骋 to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Pedruco Fulminator Club's goal looked a bit too open when 何树骋 came free, but Zé Carlos de Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Júnior Prata made a precise shot to the right of Zé Carlos de Lara. Pedruco Fulminator Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Marcílio Dias's Geraldo Matorin was substituted for Jacinto Mendonça. Zé Carlos de Lara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 何树骋's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. If Júnior Prata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Júnior Prata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zé Carlos de Lara came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Marcílio Dias's Júnior Prata. But to his dismay, Júnior Prata quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Zé Carlos de Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júnior Prata, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Marcílio Dias walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
