After having played for 7 minutes, Samuel Urbano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. São Cristóvão F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Urbano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Felippe Baptista managed to get in a good position for a shot. São Cristóvão F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Felippe Baptista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Humberto Eger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Samuel Urbano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Samuel Urbano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Eger having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Dé Freitas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Humberto Eger was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. A sloppy throw-in by João Paulo de Souza in the 23rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by São Cristóvão F.C's Anselmo Mota. In the 28th minute, Clóvis Dante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the match, Jambradão Futebol e Rinha's goal looked a bit too open when Felippe Baptista came free, but Humberto Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felippe Baptista to make the kick off. Jambradão Futebol e Rinha's Humberto Eger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Urbano in the 58th minute of play. A throw-in in the 60th minute of the game was made by Renan de Lima with João Paulo de Souza as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When Samuel Urbano fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored São Cristóvão F.C's protests and gave Samuel Urbano a yellow card for diving instead. Samuel Urbano hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. São Cristóvão F.C's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
