In the 3rd minute, Enzo Caetano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The INTER MB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Luís Eduardo Ceresso kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Skafti Hermansson came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by INTER MB's Enzo Caetano. But to his dismay, Enzo Caetano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Enzo Caetano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexsandro Barros in the 22nd minute of play forced Atlético Campoverdense's goalkeeper Skafti Hermansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jon Samuelsson got free with Valdir Rossi in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Skafti Hermansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexsandro Barros in the 30th minute of the match. Skafti Hermansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Irwin Winkler in the 31st minute of play. Skafti Hermansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dedé Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Skafti Hermansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedé Azevedo in the 34th minute of the match. Atlético Campoverdense's Skafti Hermansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dedé Azevedo in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute of the match INTER MB got a corner. Atlético Campoverdense's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Brazilio Tasso ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Enzo Caetano heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alexsandro Barros was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Atlético Campoverdense's goal looked a bit too open when Dedé Azevedo came free, but Skafti Hermansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Enzo Caetano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Skafti Hermansson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 68 minutes into the match, Atlético Campoverdense's goalkeeper Skafti Hermansson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enzo Caetano. In the 72nd minute Luís Eduardo Ceresso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdir Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waldir Netto hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Alexsandro Barros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Skafti Hermansson made a huge save. INTER MB were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after Atlético Campoverdense's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Brazilio Tasso took the corner. INTER MB's Enzo Caetano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Skafti Hermansson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Alexsandro Barros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Skafti Hermansson made a huge save. After 82 minutes of play, INTER MB's Alexsandro Barros made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Skafti Hermansson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 88th minute Luís Eduardo Ceresso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdir Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Skafti Hermansson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enzo Caetano in the 90th minute. In the 91st match minute, Atlético Campoverdense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jailson Brodel to maneuver through the defense. After 93 played minutes Atlético Campoverdense got a freekick which was hit by Guilherme Senna. INTER MB's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
