Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Toninho Albuquerque started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dorian Britto got free with Oséias Secco in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 8 minutes into the game, CR Alanzinho's Toninho Albuquerque nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilian Furlan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Wilian Furlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinei Rossi in the 14th minute of play. Délio Zonta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 18 in the game by Dorian Britto from a close distance when the talented Oséias Secco managed to make a qualified save. CR Alanzinho's players were relieved. After 27 played minutes CR Alanzinho got a freekick which was hit by Toninho Albuquerque. Wilian Furlan came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by CR Alanzinho's Dinei Rossi. But to his dismay, Dinei Rossi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Cachoeiras's zone, Toninho Albuquerque stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilian Furlan came out of the goal and Toninho Albuquerque tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dinei Rossi scored 0-3 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilian Furlan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 39 minutes, Toninho Albuquerque managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CR Alanzinho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Toninho Albuquerque was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wilian Furlan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinei Rossi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilian Furlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aílton Paraibano in the 42nd minute of the match. Aílton Paraibano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Henrique França fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CR Alanzinho's protests and gave Henrique França a yellow card for diving instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Dorian Britto made the kick off in the second half. Dinei Rossi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Wilian Furlan made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Toninho Albuquerque kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wilian Furlan. That made the score 0-4 in the 55 minute of play. CR Alanzinho's Ademir Guerra shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 58th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Wilian Furlan but with some difficulty. Wilian Furlan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dinei Rossi in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Dinei Rossi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilian Furlan. Cachoeiras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dinei Rossi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Wilian Furlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tales Vieira in the 63rd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the game, Dinei Rossi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Wilian Furlan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dinei Rossi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilian Furlan having to interfere. Délio Zonta scored 1-7 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oséias Secco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Dinei Rossi came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the CR Alanzinho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dinei Rossi couldn't finish the play. Wilian Furlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toninho Albuquerque, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Luís Fernando Sena's late challenge caught a CR Alanzinho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luís Fernando Sena helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th minute, Luís Fernando Sena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Dinei Rossi came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the CR Alanzinho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dinei Rossi couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute, Aílton Paraibano made a precise shot to the right of Wilian Furlan. Cachoeiras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8. Oséias Secco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorian Britto in the 94th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. CR Alanzinho had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
