Moraujo's Vicente Linhares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Augusto Faria in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Furia's Luiz Fabiano Cearense got a free kick in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Moraujo getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Amauri Britto hit a great ball. Alan Moura hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Cacá Moreno was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fabinho Soares showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 31 minute of play. In the 39thth minute of the game Carlos Augusto Faria who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Moraujo's Vicente Linhares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Furia's Carlos Augusto Faria in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Moraujo's goalie prevented a goal. Leonardo da Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Vicente Linhares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Carlos Augusto Faria made the kick off in the second half. Carlos Augusto Faria blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vicente Linhares having to make a save. In the 52nd minute, João Augusto Corrêa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Augusto Faria succeeded in the game's 54th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in Moraujo's zone, Leonardo da Silva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente Linhares came out of the goal and Leonardo da Silva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dito Netto in the 66th minute of play forced Furia's goalkeeper Cacá Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Augusto Faria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Vicente Linhares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chiquinho Reis hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 73 minutes of play, Moraujo's Renatinho Domingues made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cacá Moreno was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 76 played minutes Moraujo got a freekick which was hit by João Augusto Corrêa. In the 77th minute, Carlos Augusto Faria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Leonardo da Silva came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Furia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo da Silva couldn't finish the play. Carlos Augusto Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Linhares having to interfere. Chiquinho Reis struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Vicente Linhares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Furia. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 2-4 when Carlos Augusto Faria sped through Moraujo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vicente Linhares. Carlos Augusto Farias short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Vicente Linhares to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Carlos Augusto Faria struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Vicente Linhares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Furia. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 2-5 when Carlos Augusto Faria sped through Moraujo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vicente Linhares. The Moraujo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Furia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
