The score was now 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, Furia's goal looked a bit too open when Dedê Medeiros came free, but Cacá Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Augusto Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Guilherme Cearense having to interfere. 19 minutes into the game, Dedê Medeiros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Cacá Moreno was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Furia's Cacá Moreno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Furia from getting a goal against them. Carlos Eduardo Leite kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Furia's Cacá Moreno got control of the ball when Dedê Medeiros tried to sneak it across the goal line.
