Zézinho Duarte kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Alexsandro Prestes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdo Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Cléber Porto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cauã Branco. That made the score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. Cléber Porto's late challenge caught a Jofre's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cléber Porto helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Jofre booed when Dragões Azuis FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. The crowd rose to their feet as Dragões Azuis FC's Cléber Porto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cauã Branco. That made the score 2-0 after 27 minutes of play. Cauã Branco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro de Azevedo in the 30th minute of the match. Jofre's Cauã Branco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cléber Porto in the 38th minute of play. William Meireles took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cauã Branco. Cauã Branco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 45th match minute, Dragões Azuis FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iuri Sampaio to maneuver through the defense. After 47 played minutes Jofre got a freekick which was hit by Alfredão do Valle.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when William Meireles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Jofre getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Wanderson Pires hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cléber Porto in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cauã Branco saved Jofre from getting behind. Valdo Perez made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Dedê Mattos sent off a good shot on target. Valdo Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wanderson Pires in the 80th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Valdo Perez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 84 minutes into the match, Cléber Porto notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Jofre's Cauã Branco. Cauã Branco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Dragões Azuis FC booed when Jofre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Acácio Hoffmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jofre's Cauã Branco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Meireles in the 96th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Jofre players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Dragões Azuis FC.
