Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Francisco Sanches started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rony Passos got free with Ciro Mandrak in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 9th minute, Manuel Goiano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Golden Boys fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseu Meirelles in the 14th minute of play forced Golden Boys's goalkeeper Ciro Mandrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciro Mandrak made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Rony Passos sent off a good shot on target. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Dynamo 88's goalkeeper Acácio Medeiros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 27th match minute, Golden Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorginho Freitas to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Golden Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Sanches came free, but Ciro Mandrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilton Rosado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Acácio Medeiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Acácio Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Goiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Golden Boys's goalkeeper Ciro Mandrak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rony Passos. With a little luck, Golden Boys's Ciro Mandrak got control of the ball when Rony Passos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Francisco Sanches received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Ciro Mandrak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Golden Boys getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Wilton Rosado hit a great ball. Doriva da Cunha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th minute Francisco Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Mandrak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernani Ribeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 64 minutes, Manuel Goiano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golden Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Goiano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ciro Mandrak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rony Passos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the game, Fernandinho Tróia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Golden Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Dynamo 88 the free kick. The supporters of FC Dynamo 88 booed when Golden Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernandinho Tróia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciro Mandrak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fellipe Dantas went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. After 85 minutes, Ernani Ribeiro made it 3-3 with a short kick to the right side. FC Dynamo 88's Acácio Medeiros tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Acácio Medeiros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manuel Goiano in the 88th minute. With a little luck, FC Dynamo 88's Acácio Medeiros got control of the ball when Manuel Goiano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eliseu Meirelles hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Ciro Mandrak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco Sanches's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Golden Boys's Ernani Ribeiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Acácio Medeiros. That made the score 3-4 after 96 minutes of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Golden Boys had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
