Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wellington Britto started the match with the kick off. Guto Duarte took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Horácio Sá. Horácio Sá dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 7th match minute, Serafina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Francisco Valadares to maneuver through the defense. Nils-Erik Dalberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Horácio Sá. Serafina's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 10 minutes of play, Atlético Brooklin's Amaury Mandzukic made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horácio Sá was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Serafina's goalkeeper Horácio Sá, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amaury Mandzukic in the 15th minute of play forced Serafina's goalkeeper Horácio Sá to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Guto Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute Gonzalo Sorondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horácio Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Atlético Brooklin booed when Serafina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wellington Britto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Serafina's goalkeeper Horácio Sá, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Horácio Sá showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amaury Mandzukic in the 37th minute of the match. Amaury Mandzukic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Atlético Brooklin's Váldson Vasconcelos was substituted for Guto Duarte. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amaury Mandzukic was the one to do the kick off.
