Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 10 minutes into the match, Cercado's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Gustavo de Mendonça came free, but Róbson Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Wellington Britto notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Cercado's Róbson Coelho. Róbson Coelho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 14th minute, Júnior Coelho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 21st minute Wellington Britto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Róbson Coelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, William Schmidt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Róbson Coelho. Cercado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that William Schmidt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Róbson Coelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Gustavo de Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Luiz Gustavo de Mendonça took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Róbson Coelho. Róbson Coelho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. In the 39th minute, Giovani de Carvalho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Róbson Coelho was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. In the 45th minute, Carlinhos Messias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Serafina's Luiz Fabiano Luz tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 48 played minutes, Serafina's Allan de Queirós shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Róbson Coelho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Serafina reached it. The Cercado players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Serafina were winning 1-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wellington Britto was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wellington Britto in the 52nd minute of play forced Cercado's goalkeeper Róbson Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute of the match Vito Medeiros sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Horácio Sá skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giovani de Carvalho in the 58th minute of play forced Cercado's goalkeeper Róbson Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Júnior Coelho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horácio Sá was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. 63 minutes into the match, Serafina's Giovani de Carvalho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Róbson Coelho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jeferson Lima charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jeferson Lima the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 63 played minutes Cercado got a freekick which was hit by Jeferson Lima. Luiz Gustavo de Mendonça could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Róbson Coelho made a huge save. Serafina's Wellington Britto got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Róbson Coelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wellington Britto in the 76th minute of the match. Júnior Coelho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Cercado's Róbson Coelho got control of the ball when Luiz Gustavo de Mendonça tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giovani de Carvalho in the 90th minute of play forced Cercado's goalkeeper Róbson Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the game, one of Cercado:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Júnior Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serafina's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
