Mário de Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dito Cardozo in the 15th minute of the match. Perdidos FC's Mário de Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otávio Dionísio in the 16th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Dito Cardozo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Mário de Medeiros to make any attempt to save it. 26 minutes into the match, Sanga funda's goal looked a bit too open when Horácio Vinhas came free, but Oliver Wikenburg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sanga funda's Marin Chesaru got a free kick in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otávio Dionísio in the 30th minute of play forced Perdidos FC's goalkeeper Mário de Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oliver Wikenburg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Pedro Meirelles in the 31st minute of play. Perdidos FC's Mário de Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otávio Dionísio in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th match minute, Sanga funda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dito Cardozo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Sanga funda getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Dito Cardozo hit a great ball. In the 46th minute, Marin Chesaru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Mário de Medeiros successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zé Pedro Meirelles made a kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Sanga funda's Otávio Dionísio made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mário de Medeiros was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 54th minute, Otávio Dionísio made a precise shot to the right of Mário de Medeiros. Perdidos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. If Otávio Dionísio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mário de Medeiros came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Sanga funda's Otávio Dionísio. But to his dismay, Otávio Dionísio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 62 minutes into the match, Zé Pedro Meirelles notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Sanga funda's Oliver Wikenburg. Oliver Wikenburg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marin Chesaru during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Perdidos FC booed when Sanga funda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marin Chesaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oliver Wikenburg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horácio Vinhas, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 75th minute, Sílvio Luís Corrêa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sanga funda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. Marin Chesaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Mário de Medeiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 79 minutes of play, Sanga funda's Sílvio Luís Corrêa made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mário de Medeiros was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Perdidos FC's zone, Otávio Dionísio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mário de Medeiros came out of the goal and Otávio Dionísio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Perdidos FC booed when Sanga funda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dito Cardozo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mário de Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sílvio Luís Corrêa, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Horácio Vinhas in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oliver Wikenburg saved Sanga funda from getting behind. Horácio Vinhas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Oliver Wikenburg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oliver Wikenburg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zé Pedro Meirelles in the 94th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sanga funda fully deserved thier win.
