Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luiz Eduardo Ramalho in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Léo Lago prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Medianeira's Vágner do Valle got a free kick in the 7th minute. Luizão Alvarenga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Léo Lago having to interfere. After 13 played minutes Medianeira got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Carlos Tande. Vágner do Valle struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Marquinhos Mendonça didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Medianeira. Giovanni Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Itapissuma's Luizão Alvarenga got a free kick in the 26th minute. Haroldo Alagoano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Marquinhos Mendonça made a huge save. 35 minutes into the match, Itapissuma's goalkeeper Marquinhos Mendonça had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vágner do Valle.
