Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) If Geraldo Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nico Valle took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Léo Lago. Léo Lago dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Geraldo Fonseca put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Léo Lago. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geraldo Fonseca in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Léo Lago prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Medianeira's Olívio Botelho got a free kick in the 14th minute. Léo Nascimento hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Geraldo Fonseca, 16 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evaristo Gaspar in the 17th minute of play forced Divini Race F.C's goalkeeper Waclaw Gejda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Waclaw Gejda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Evaristo Gaspar went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Geraldo Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Léo Lago having to interfere. Haroldo Alagoano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Waclaw Gejda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Vágner do Valle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Medianeira's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Divini Race F.C the free kick. In the 28th match minute, Medianeira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vágner do Valle to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Geraldo Fonseca put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Léo Lago. With a little luck, Divini Race F.C's Waclaw Gejda got control of the ball when Haroldo Alagoano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Geraldo Fonseca made the kick off in the second half. Olívio Botelho hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Geraldo Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Divini Race F.C's Waclaw Gejda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Gaspar in the 70th minute of play. Geraldo Fonseca had several of the Medianeira's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 71 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-7 score and a disappointed Léo Lago as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 80 played minutes Medianeira got a freekick which was hit by Elder Figueiredo. Divini Race F.C's Geraldo Fonseca got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Divini Race F.C's Dráuzio Lima ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Léo Lago. Léo Lago yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-8. After a rather tough play, Medianeira's Olívio Botelho got a free kick in the 88th minute. Geraldo Fonseca took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Léo Lago. Medianeira's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 90 minutes, Dráuzio Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Divini Race F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dráuzio Lima was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geraldo Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Léo Lago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Geraldo Fonseca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Divini Race F.C's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
