The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Glauco Falcão during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Glauco Falcão kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Duda de Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Vander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Clóvis Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrique Madureira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Gilvan Félix made a huge save. 29 minutes into the game, Rubinho Antunes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guadala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MindHunter City the free kick. In the 30th match minute, Guadala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rubinho Antunes to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Guadala getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Marcel Teles hit a great ball. After 37 minutes, Zé Roberto Montenegro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guadala and the MindHunter City players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zé Roberto Montenegro kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, MindHunter City's goal looked a bit too open when Marcel Teles came free, but Jonas Vander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Vander came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Guadala's Marcel Teles. But to his dismay, Marcel Teles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 45 played minutes Guadala got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Teles. Henrique Madureira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Gilvan Félix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Henrique Madureira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gilvan Félix didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henrique Madureira went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Guadala's zone, José Augusto Magalhães stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilvan Félix came out of the goal and José Augusto Magalhães tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henrique Madureira in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilvan Félix saved Guadala from getting behind. In the 67th minute, Marcel Teles reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonas Vander. The goal made the score 1-2. Duda de Castro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Jonas Vander made a huge save. Zé Roberto Montenegro got his second yellow card in the match during the 71st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of MindHunter City booed when Guadala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Roberto Montenegro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrique Madureira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilvan Félix having to interfere. Gilvan Félix stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henrique Madureira's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Henrique Madureira scored 2-2 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilvan Félix, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th minute, Henrique Madureira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MindHunter City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Guadala's Gilvan Félix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrique Madureira in the 90th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Guadala players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MindHunter City.
