Anselmo Elodio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandrinho da Costa in the 8th minute of the match. Giuseppe Diniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herminio Admon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Herminio Admon notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Carnaubal's Waldemar de Medeiros. Waldemar de Medeiros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Tiago Gabriel de Amaral fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ShiroDog's protests and gave Tiago Gabriel de Amaral a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th match minute, ShiroDog was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiago Gabriel de Amaral to maneuver through the defense. Giuseppe Diniz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Waldemar de Medeiros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. A well placed Giuseppe Diniz short distance shot in the 31st minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivo Mazza in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Waldemar de Medeiros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ivo Mazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Waldemar de Medeiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Waldemar de Medeiros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giuseppe Diniz in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Ivo Mazza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paulo Faria hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of Carnaubal booed when ShiroDog was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raúl Furtado didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute, Sandrinho da Costa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anselmo Elodio. The goal made the score 2-1. Giuseppe Diniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 62nd play minutes Giuseppe Diniz shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Waldemar de Medeiros and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herminio Admon in the 65th minute of play forced Carnaubal's goalkeeper Waldemar de Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Giuseppe Diniz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ShiroDog's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giuseppe Diniz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Conrado Novaes kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. When ShiroDog's Giuseppe Diniz in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. ShiroDog's Valdir Pena got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Carnaubal's Paulinho de Lima got a free kick in the 76th minute. Waldemar de Medeiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Admon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giuseppe Diniz in the 80th minute of play forced Carnaubal's goalkeeper Waldemar de Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carnaubal's Waldemar de Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivo Mazza in the 84th minute of play. Giuseppe Diniz took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waldemar de Medeiros. Waldemar de Medeiros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 89th minute, Décio Cosme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Giuseppe Diniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to ShiroDog getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Valdir Pena hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giuseppe Diniz in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Waldemar de Medeiros saved Carnaubal from getting behind. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ShiroDog fully deserved thier win.
