Chiquinho Berger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Elodio having to interfere. 30 minutes in the game, Giuseppe Diniz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Tião Veloso having to interfere. Tião Veloso was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Giuseppe Diniz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Giuseppe Diniz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. With a little luck, Ferraz's Tião Veloso got control of the ball when Herminio Admon tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 37th minute, Herminio Admon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ShiroDog fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Giuseppe Diniz hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. If Adilson Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adilson Nascimento to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Ferraz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dedé Lucas to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Ivo Mazza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ShiroDog fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Ferraz's Tião Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giuseppe Diniz in the 60th minute of play. ShiroDog's Giuseppe Diniz got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the game, Herminio Admon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Tião Veloso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 67 played minutes Ferraz got a freekick which was hit by Amauri Breckenfeld. The supporters of Ferraz booed when ShiroDog was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herminio Admon didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, ShiroDog's Giuseppe Diniz tried to score from far away in the 81st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Tião Veloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giuseppe Diniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Herminio Admon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ShiroDog had played much better football throughout.
