Spectators: 5010 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Narciso Freire took the kick off in the first half of the match. Narciso Freire received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Zézinho Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5th minute, Narciso Freire got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jean de Amorim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Enio Quirino having to make a save. Zézinho Teixeira came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Eldorado FC's Narciso Freire. But to his dismay, Narciso Freire quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Narciso Freire recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eldorado FC's Narciso Freire got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Lino Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Narciso Freire received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Zézinho Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Dalponte FC's zone, Narciso Freire stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zézinho Teixeira came out of the goal and Narciso Freire tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 48 minutes into the match, Joel Velasco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enio Quirino. Eldorado FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Velasco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jean de Amorim to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Jean de Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dalponte FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean de Amorim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enio Quirino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute, Dalponte FC's Jean de Amorim dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. After having played for 66 minutes, Narciso Freire managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eldorado FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Narciso Freire was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Eldorado FC's goalkeeper Enio Quirino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jean de Amorim. With a little luck, Eldorado FC's Enio Quirino got control of the ball when Jean de Amorim tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jean de Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enio Quirino having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jean de Amorim got free with Enio Quirino in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristóvão Terra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jean de Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Enio Quirino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Nelsinho Munhoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enio Quirino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jean de Amorim got free with Enio Quirino in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
