Zézinho Teixeira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Zézinho Teixeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmond Soucy in the 7th minute of play. Zézinho Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmond Soucy in the 8th minute of the match. Narciso Hoffmann made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Jean de Amorim sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute, Dráuzio Pinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Genílson Furtado came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Tactics FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Genílson Furtado couldn't finish the play. If Jean de Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Genílson Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Zézinho Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Genílson Furtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dalponte FC's Zézinho Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfons Ödmann in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmond Soucy in the 47th minute of play forced Dalponte FC's goalkeeper Zézinho Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Zézinho Teixeira successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Zézinho Teixeira was a little too slow when Alfons Ödmann got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmond Soucy got free with Zézinho Teixeira in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Genílson Furtado struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Zézinho Teixeira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tactics FF. 72 minutes into the match, Jean de Amorim notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Tactics FF's Narciso Hoffmann. Narciso Hoffmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfons Ödmann got free with Zézinho Teixeira in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tactics FF's Genílson Furtado got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oswaldo Loyola hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jean de Amorim in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Narciso Hoffmann saved Tactics FF from getting behind. Tactics FF's Sandro Coelho managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Celso Amaral in the 89 minute of the game. Narciso Hoffmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean de Amorim in the 91st minute of play. After 92 minutes, Genílson Furtado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tactics FF and the Dalponte FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zézinho Teixeira made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Edmond Soucy sent off a good shot on target. Tactics FF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
