The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jardel Cosme's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valério de Medeiros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yusuf Tokuş in the 12th minute of play forced Rufa City FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Clemente Baiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antônio Carlos Penha made in the 14th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Alpha F. C.'s Vágner Rosado. The throw-in from Diamantino de Sena in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Rufa City FC - FSCMZ's Luiz Fabiano Quadros. 45 minutes into the game, Antônio Carlos Penha threw the ball into play from the sideline. Alpha F. C.'s Pedro Augusto Prata quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 47thth minute of the game Jardel Cosme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alpha F. C.'s Valério de Medeiros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The wind increased when Yusuf Tokuş made the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Tales Seco in the 52nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Rufa City FC - FSCMZ's Agostinho Coelho. In the 54th minute, Yusuf Tokuş left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alpha F. C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. When Jardel Cosme came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Rufa City FC - FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jardel Cosme couldn't finish the play. 64 minutes into the match, Rufa City FC - FSCMZ's Jardel Cosme sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valério de Medeiros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 66thth minute of the game Jardel Cosme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alpha F. C.'s Valério de Medeiros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Alpha F. C.'s goalkeeper Valério de Medeiros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Valério de Medeiros was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jardel Cosme showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 74 minute of play. C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Valério de Medeiros. Alpha F. C. made a substitution. Wágner Messias replaced Per Gunnarsson. When Evandro de Barros came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Rufa City FC - FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evandro de Barros couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rufa City FC - FSCMZ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
