Dark Dragons's Felipe Pires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yusuf Tokuş in the 41st minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Rodriguinho Valadares threw the ball into play from the sideline. Alpha F. C.'s Tales Seco quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When Diamantino de Sena came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Alpha F. C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diamantino de Sena couldn't finish the play. If Diamantino de Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Yusuf Tokuş managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alpha F. C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Yusuf Tokuş was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felipe Pires breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Dark Dragons booed when Alpha F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yusuf Tokuş didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yusuf Tokuş in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felipe Pires saved Dark Dragons from getting behind. Yusuf Tokuş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Pires having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Diamantino de Sena ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felipe Pires was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Alpha F. C.'s Wágner Messias was substituted for Per Gunnarsson. Rodriguinho Valadares kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Diamantino de Sena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
