Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) PALHAÇADA FC's Sandrinho Netto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dorian Catarinense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, PALHAÇADA FC's goalkeeper Guto Brito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luiz Eduardo Netto. After having played for 23 minutes, Nuno Custódio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PALHAÇADA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nuno Custódio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Microsoft Team's Dorian Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Custódio in the 24th minute of play. Dorian Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Custódio in the 28th minute of play. When Ernesto Bertassi fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Microsoft Team's protests and gave Ernesto Bertassi a yellow card for diving instead. After 57 played minutes Microsoft Team got a freekick which was hit by Sérgio Loureiro. Sandrinho Netto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th minute, Eusébio Tróia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guto Brito was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind PALHAÇADA FC's goalkeeper Guto Brito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 75thth minute of the game Luiz Eduardo Netto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PALHAÇADA FC's Guto Brito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nuno Custódio hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Microsoft Team's Luiz Eduardo Netto got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, PALHAÇADA FC's Basílio de Alcântara got a free kick in the 86th minute.
