Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adelino Neves started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Poty City FC got a freekick which was hit by Benê Saraiva. Adelino Neves spun around in front of the goal 5 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Arraias's goal. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arraias's goalkeeper Azconzábal Argomedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaká Cruz in the 15th minute of play forced Arraias's goalkeeper Azconzábal Argomedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benê Saraiva made in the 17th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Arraias's João Carlos Ramalho. Kaká Cruz scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Azconzábal Argomedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Azconzábal Argomedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adelino Neves went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 37th minute, Adelino Neves made a precise shot to the right of Azconzábal Argomedo. Arraias's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. In the 42nd minute, Kaká Cruz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 44 minutes into the game, Fiori Guedes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Poty City FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arraias the free kick. A collision led to Poty City FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Fiori Guedes hit a great ball. Edinho Castro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuca Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Samuca Costa to make the kick off. Azconzábal Argomedo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 56th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Benê Saraiva. Azconzábal Argomedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaká Cruz in the 66th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the game, Poty City FC's Adelino Neves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Azconzábal Argomedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Kaká Cruz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Azconzábal Argomedo having to make a save. Eliseu Cosme kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Azconzábal Argomedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adelino Neves in the 83rd minute. In the 87th minute Vinícius dos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Kaká Cruz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Poty City FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
