Dênis Prestes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Túlio da Silveira in the 5th minute of play. Hélio Damião received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Arthur Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dênis Prestes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adilson Vinhas in the 13th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Acarahu EC's Cristian Trevisan got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute of the match Arlindo Soares shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dênis Prestes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Biquinha FC's Arthur Martins got control of the ball when Hélio Damião tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 17th minute, Reginaldo Correia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Biquinha FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 25th minute, Edu Prado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dito Ferraz in the 28th minute of play forced Biquinha FC's goalkeeper Arthur Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Hélio Damião notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Biquinha FC's Arthur Martins. Arthur Martins was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristian Trevisan charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristian Trevisan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cristian Trevisan hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Biquinha FC's Arlindo Soares couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 37th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Acarahu EC. Dênis Prestes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edu Prado in the 38th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Adilson Vinhas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Biquinha FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 44 minutes into the match, Acarahu EC's goal looked a bit too open when Adilson Vinhas came free, but Dênis Prestes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Biquinha FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hélio Damião in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arthur Martins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dênis Prestes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reginaldo Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the game, Acarahu EC's Hélio Damião nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arthur Martins made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Acarahu EC's Dênis Prestes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Acarahu EC from getting a goal against them. In the 68th minute, Hélio Damião ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arthur Martins was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Arthur Martins stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dito Ferraz's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Doriva Bastos during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A hard shot by Arlindo Soares from long distance, 74 minutes into the match, got Dênis Prestes's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When Doriva Bastos was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 75 minutes had been played. Doriva Bastos hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. When Marcinho do Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Biquinha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcinho do Nascimento couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Acarahu EC's Dênis Prestes got control of the ball when Adilson Vinhas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gilmar de Godoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Arthur Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Trevisan got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 87 played minutes Acarahu EC got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Trevisan. 89 minutes into the match, Acarahu EC's goalkeeper Dênis Prestes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adilson Vinhas. Júlio Silveira struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Arthur Martins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acarahu EC. Dênis Prestes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adilson Vinhas in the 94th minute of the match. Acarahu EC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Biquinha FC for a fine match.
