Spectators: 7536 (Terracing: 5653, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Guto Rosado kicked off to start the match. After 5 minutes of play, Barra Funda F.C's Rogério Cunha made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denílson Catarinense was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 10 minutes of play, Barra Funda F.C's Edmílson Mineiro made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denílson Catarinense was left in no man's land by his defense there! 12 minutes into the match, Edmílson Mineiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Denílson Catarinense. Karavela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmílson Mineiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Denílson Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inácio Domingues in the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Nichifor Miroiu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barra Funda F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Denílson Catarinense came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Barra Funda F.C's Rogério Cunha. But to his dismay, Rogério Cunha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. In the 23rd match minute, Barra Funda F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nichifor Miroiu to maneuver through the defense. Rogério Cunha scored 0-6 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Denílson Catarinense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nichifor Miroiu scored 0-7 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Denílson Catarinense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Karavela defense, Edmílson Mineiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Denílson Catarinense. The Karavela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Denílson Catarinense should have stopped the shot. Denílson Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogério Cunha in the 33rd minute of play. Nichifor Miroiu scored 0-10 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Denílson Catarinense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 40 minutes into the game, Edmílson Mineiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Denílson Catarinense was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rogério Cunha took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Denílson Catarinense. Denílson Catarinense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. In the 48th minute, Inácio Domingues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denílson Catarinense was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-13. The Karavela players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Barra Funda F.C were winning 0-13.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmílson Mineiro to strike the kick off in the second half. Denílson Catarinense didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 54th minute, which inside left pole to 0-14. In the 58th minute, Artemio Javiero made a precise shot to the right of Denílson Catarinense. Karavela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-15. Denílson Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogério Cunha in the 61st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Barra Funda F.C's Nichifor Miroiu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Denílson Catarinense. That made the score 0-16 after 62 minutes of play. Rogério Cunha scored 0-17 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Denílson Catarinense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Barra Funda F.C's Inácio Domingues in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Karavela's goalie prevented a goal. 72 minutes into the match, Karavela's goal looked a bit too open when Nichifor Miroiu came free, but Denílson Catarinense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74thth minute of the game Edmílson Mineiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karavela's Denílson Catarinense was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 75th minute, Inácio Domingues made a precise shot to the right of Denílson Catarinense. Karavela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-19. In the 79th minute, Rogério Cunha reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Denílson Catarinense. The goal made the score 0-20. Inácio Domingues had several of the Karavela's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 82 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-21 score and a disappointed Denílson Catarinense as he didn't even see the shot coming. Denílson Catarinense came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Barra Funda F.C's Nichifor Miroiu. But to his dismay, Nichifor Miroiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-22. Karavela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Edmílson Mineiro scored to the left of an out of position Denílson Catarinense, making the score, 0-23. Inácio Domingues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogério Cunha in the 95th minute of play forced Karavela's goalkeeper Denílson Catarinense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Karavela fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Barra Funda F.C were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
