Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Júnior Campidelis to make the kick off. After 58 played minutes Xodó da Vovó A.C. got a freekick which was hit by Dadá Netto. Júnior Campidelis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gilmar Pirani came out and tried to block the shot, but Júnior Campidelis slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 59th minute. Carlinhos de Andrade charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlinhos de Andrade the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Isaltino Veiga took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gilmar Pirani. Xodó da Vovó A.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 80th minute, Zézinho Urbano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Maria Paiva was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Gilmar Pirani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júnior Campidelis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. KRAKATOA F.C.'s Tião de Moraes shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 87th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gilmar Pirani but with some difficulty. In the 87th minute Everton Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Maria Paiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute of the match, Caco de Mendonça got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gilmar Pirani was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sebastião de Barros struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. José Maria Paiva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xodó da Vovó A.C.. A collision led to Xodó da Vovó A.C. getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Augusto Freitas hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded KRAKATOA F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Xodó da Vovó A.C..
