Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jarbas Favoretto got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarbas Favoretto in the 3rd minute of play forced Biquinha FC's goalkeeper Arthur Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reginaldo Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramón Proença fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Martins having to interfere. Gabriel Quadros made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Adilson Vinhas sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Claudinho Vieira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guirapa SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Claudinho Vieira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arthur Martins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 27th minute Reginaldo Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ramón Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Biquinha FC's Arthur Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramón Proença in the 32nd minute of play. Guirapa SC's Gabriel Quadros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Guirapa SC from getting a goal against them. After 38 minutes, Vinícius Donatello mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guirapa SC and the Biquinha FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Biquinha FC booed when Guirapa SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinícius Donatello didn't get a good kick on the ball. Basílio Branco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Claudinho Vieira came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Guirapa SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudinho Vieira couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Guirapa SC's zone, Túlio da Silveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Quadros came out of the goal and Túlio da Silveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guirapa SC's Gabriel Quadros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Túlio da Silveira in the 45th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Túlio da Silveira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Basílio Branco fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guirapa SC's protests and gave Basílio Branco a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Guirapa SC's Basílio Branco got a free kick in the 52nd minute. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Vinícius Donatello got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Túlio da Silveira in the 64th minute of play forced Guirapa SC's goalkeeper Gabriel Quadros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Biquinha FC's zone, Anderson Lima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arthur Martins came out of the goal and Anderson Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Claudinho Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudinho Vieira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arthur Martins having to make a save. Edu Prado charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edu Prado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 72nd minute, Edu Prado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 79 minutes into the game, Jarbas Favoretto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Arthur Martins was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Guirapa SC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Basílio Branco hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the match, Guirapa SC's goal looked a bit too open when Túlio da Silveira came free, but Gabriel Quadros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adilson Vinhas scored 1-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gabriel Quadros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arthur Martins stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jarbas Favoretto's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Gabriel Quadros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcinho do Nascimento in the 93rd minute of play. After 93 played minutes Biquinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Adilson Vinhas.
