Marcinho Quintal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Germano Vinhas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Arthur Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arlindo Soares during the 23rd minute. Marcinho Quintal came out of the goal and Túlio da Silveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Túlio da Silveira in the 27th minute of play forced Dread Terror's goalkeeper Marcinho Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Túlio da Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Marcinho Quintal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Túlio da Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcinho Quintal having to interfere. Marcinho do Nascimento who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Marcinho Quintal when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Túlio da Silveira made the kick off in the second half. Marcinho Quintal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Túlio da Silveira in the 53rd minute of the match. After having played for 57 minutes, Reginaldo Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Biquinha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reginaldo Correia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Germano Vinhas kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Dread Terror fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 61st minute. Penalty! The referee gave Biquinha FC a penalty, 63 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Arlindo Soares, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Dread Terror's Marcinho Quintal. 2-0. Andrézinho Peixoto's late challenge caught a Biquinha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andrézinho Peixoto helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th match minute, Dread Terror was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrézinho Peixoto to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Dread Terror defense, Túlio da Silveira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcinho Quintal. The Dread Terror fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcinho Quintal should have stopped the shot. 73 minutes into the match, Biquinha FC's Reginaldo Correia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcinho Quintal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gilberto Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. When Biquinha FC's Túlio da Silveira in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dread Terror's goalie prevented a goal. Arthur Martins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Germano Vinhas in the 93rd minute of play. Dread Terror's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
