Cipriano Sousa's late challenge caught a Gato Preto FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cipriano Sousa helped the player get up and apologised. After 23 played minutes Mogi Masters got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Sousa. Robin Courtois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dênis Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Mogi Masters's Robin Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Henrique in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Henrique in the 95th minute of play forced Mogi Masters's goalkeeper Robin Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gato Preto FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
