The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Zula Siekierski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Dênis Alcântara took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Zeca Pitta to make any attempt to save it. If Dênis Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chicão Peixoto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrés Moro in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Bruno Henrique left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gato Preto FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Cauan Abraão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Zeca Pitta made a huge save. Zeca Pitta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Henrique in the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Gato Preto FC's Bruno Henrique dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. The supporters of Gato Preto FC booed when Gressa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cássio Maia didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dênis Alcântara got free with Zeca Pitta in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Cauan Abraão kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zeca Pitta. That made the score 4-0 in the 27 minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Gressa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Henrique came free, but Zeca Pitta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cauan Abraão kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Gressa FC's Zeca Pitta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cauan Abraão in the 46th minute of play. After 47th play minutes Bruno Henrique shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Zeca Pitta and just under the crossbar into goal.

The crowd rose to their feet as Andrés Moro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Chicão Peixoto. That made the score 5-1 in the 56 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gonzalo Carrera during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 60 minutes into the game, one of Gressa FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 62nd minute there was a penalty for Gato Preto FC. Cauan Abraão stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Zeca Pitta. 6-1. A collision led to Gato Preto FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Paulo José de Barros hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Andrés Moro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chicão Peixoto was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Zeca Pitta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dênis Alcântara in the 68th minute of play. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 7-1 when Dênis Alcântara sped through Gressa FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zeca Pitta. Dênis Alcântara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zeca Pitta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Dênis Cerezo struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Chicão Peixoto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gressa FC. Andrés Moro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Chicão Peixoto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Zeca Pitta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Henrique in the 80th minute of play. When Cássio Maia fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gressa FC's protests and gave Cássio Maia a yellow card for diving instead. After 82 played minutes Gressa FC got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Maia. Gato Preto FC's Chicão Peixoto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zula Siekierski in the 86th minute of play. If Andrés Moro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute Bruno Henrique shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeca Pitta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gato Preto FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Gressa FC for a fine match.
