When Alan Mandrak came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Piavore FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alan Mandrak couldn't finish the play. Didi Vianna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christiano Sergipano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haroldo Alves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Osmar de Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tadeu Netto was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 23 minutes into the match. The supporters of Piavore FC booed when Praetorian™ FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeu Netto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Piavore FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Perez came free, but Osmar de Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nilmar Favoretto scored 1-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Osmar de Senna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Didi Vianna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamílton Saldanha in the 40th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Haroldo Alves to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Haroldo Alves in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osmar de Senna saved Piavore FC from getting behind. Praetorian™ FC's Didi Vianna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christiano Sergipano in the 53rd minute of play. Hamílton Saldanha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Didi Vianna having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Christiano Sergipano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Didi Vianna. Christiano Sergipano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Didi Vianna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Duarte Lira in the 64th minute. Didi Vianna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamílton Saldanha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Piavore FC were furious when Gláuber Xavier was red carded, 71 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 71st match minute, Piavore FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gláuber Xavier to maneuver through the defense. If Adalberto Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Didi Vianna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Mandrak in the 75th minute of play. Osmar de Senna came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Praetorian™ FC's Adriano Perez. But to his dismay, Adriano Perez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Duarte Lira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 90 played minutes Piavore FC got a freekick which was hit by Christiano Sergipano. Osmar de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Alves in the 95th minute of play.
