To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 6 minutes into the match, Wascko of Gamar's goalkeeper Pedro Paulo Tinoco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severino Figueiredo. Wascko of Gamar's Pedro Paulo Tinoco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Wascko of Gamar from getting a goal against them. Marcelo Torres charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelo Torres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wascko of Gamar's Doni de Lima was substituted for Vinícius Donato. After 12 played minutes Praetorian™ FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Torres. In the 16th minute, Jano Novaes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Wascko of Gamar's Jano Novaes got a free kick in the 20th minute. After 22 played minutes Praetorian™ FC got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Alves. 24 minutes into the match, Adriano Perez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedro Paulo Tinoco, 1-0. 27 minutes into the game, Paulinho Guimarães was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wascko of Gamar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Praetorian™ FC the free kick. In the 32nd minute, Haroldo Alves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Paulo Tinoco was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After a rather tough play, Praetorian™ FC's Adalberto Leme got a free kick in the 34th minute. Pedro Paulo Tinoco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Alves in the 37th minute of the match. In the last second Pedro Paulo Tinoco throw himself and got hold of the ball when Haroldo Alves in the 48thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Haroldo Alves made the kick off in the second half. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Praetorian™ FC! Praetorian™ FC:s Didi Vianna showed great skill when he stopped Armandinho Botelho:s penalty. Nilmar Favoretto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adalberto Leme charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adalberto Leme the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adalberto Leme kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Pedro Paulo Tinoco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Haroldo Alves's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. After 74 played minutes Wascko of Gamar got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Alvarenga. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haroldo Alves in the 76th minute of play forced Wascko of Gamar's goalkeeper Pedro Paulo Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wascko of Gamar's Jano Novaes got his second yellow card of the match in the 81st minute. The referee ordered Jano Novaes off the ground. The supporters of Praetorian™ FC booed when Wascko of Gamar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jano Novaes didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Fernando Lira fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wascko of Gamar's protests and gave Fernando Lira a yellow card for diving instead. Pedro Paulo Tinoco came out of the goal and Haroldo Alves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 94 minutes, Gerson Cabral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wascko of Gamar and the Praetorian™ FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Wascko of Gamar's Gerson Cabral got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute of the match Adalberto Leme shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Paulo Tinoco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Adriano Perez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Pedro Paulo Tinoco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Praetorian™ FC had played much better football throughout.
